Tyler Perry is already a rich man. But a recent sale has made him even richer. Perry, 46, has just sold his Atlanta estate for a record-breaking price.

The sale of entertainment mogul Tyler Perry’s Atlanta home marks the most expensive residential home sale in Atlanta’s history.

The French Provincial 34,688-square-foot, 17-acre mansion at 4110 Paces Ferry Road hit the market with a $25 million price tag and recently sold for $17.5 million.

The home has seven bedrooms, nine full baths, five half baths and was built in 2007. Josh Reeves and Chase Mizell with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the deal.
