CLEMSON, S.C. —Microsoft co-founder and philanthropist Bill Gates will visit Clemson University Monday to host a question-and-answer session with students.
“A Conversation with Bill Gates: The Future Generation’s Role in Addressing the World’s Greatest Challenges” will begin at 4:30 p.m. in Tillman Hall.
Gates’ talk will be student-centered, so priority seating is allotted to Clemson students who have tickets and a limited number of faculty and staff.
Gates and his wife, Melinda, launched the Gates Foundation to expand educational opportunities and access to information technology in the U.S. and enhance health care and reduce extreme poverty in the world.
